  Wow, what an amazing experience! A huge thank you to Adrian for his assistance, his expertise, good service and of course his patience in helping me select 5 bikes today! I kept him busy for a good 1.5 hours before finally making my way. Thank you, it is much appreciated!! Would certainly recommend you guys and I'll be seeing you soon again....

  I purchased a bike the other day. I was served by Adrian, he was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and very informative. He sized me up properly and explained everything down to how to changing a poped tube. I didn't give him much time as I need everything in the next few days but he managed to kit me out with EVERYTHING I needed. The price was amazing and the bike is fantastic. Couldn't be happier

  Great service from all the staff I've dealt with. In fact the service out stripped all the other bike shops I visited looking for a new road bike, felt listened too and not just looking for the sale. So got they my sale and all other bits from them. Thanks to you all.

  We had a budget and the staff never tried to up sell highly recommend this place if you are shopping for a new bike or even if you just want some advice.

  Am new to cycling & called into 99bikes Joondalup to buy a few accessories. Was not completely sure of what was the best to buy was fortunate to be served by Steven who assisted me in every way possible. He was friendly & patient & I walked away a very happy customer. Will definitely return for any further cycling needs in the future.
