    Went to Austin OP and had the fault confirmed in under 10 mins. Replacement part was a modest $400 I was happy to spend.

    Walked in with a faulty PC for a quick trouble shoot, which I expected would result in me replacing a faulty GFX card there and then. Was told I must book in for $49 service and it would be done at some time in the next week. I was the only person in store though the two people who had just left before seemed equally disappointed.

    Recently went to Arrow Computer Joondalup branch to repair my computer due to bad malware attack. The friendly staff (Simon) was professional and patient as he check my computer and explain what need to be done. I was able to retrieve all my important documents and got back my computer faster than I expected. Overall, I am very happy with the service. Will definitely recommend here.
