From the presentation folders to a welcoming office (tea and biscuits offered) I found the atmosphere and surroundings most enjoyable.   These people caused a great deal of distress at a time where they should have been compassionate. They were more concerned about getting payment in full in advance and threatened to cancel the funeral at a time when they knew it was impossible to reschedule. All this to a female aged pensioner. This woman even puts her own reviews up and rates herself 5 stars. What an insensitive farce.
