  Don't trust your jewelry at this business. They don't take care in their work or craft. They guaranteed not to touch my multiple engravings and then poorly buffed every bit of it out while resizing the ring and even slipped with the buffer and damaged the engagement rings own design. They did not come up with a reasonable solution, they asked me to wait till their engraver was not busy in just over a week to redo engraving that I had done specially in the US. I just could never and would never trust my ring with them again and will make sure no one I know goes to this business. I left in tears and will have to see if the design detailing of my engagement ring can be fixed, the engraving is an easy enough fix but the rings design details are not as simple. Very unhappy and mortified with results. Don't go here, it's not worth it.

  I could not fault the service from Sally and Alex or the quality of workmanship during my recent service interaction with their Design Studio. They made it all easy and the end result could not be better.

  Collected my beautiful engagement ring today - could not be happier with the amazing service and final product. After a detailed design meeting, the final product is exactly what I pictured ! Thank you to both Sally and Alex - I will be back to get our wedding bands designed soon. Highly recommended
