    Don’t trust them! They never fulfil their promise to you. All they want is to hook you in! They give misleading information, for example in my case they sold me a certified diamond ring and was shown a copy of the certificate. They swapped my diamond after when I received the ring, i found out the serial number was different!

    This company sells IGI certified diamonds... stay away from them! You are better off with other jewellers. When choosing diamonds, stick with GIA certified labs - more bang for your buck!

    Terrible service, extremely bad experience! The sales consultants don’t know what is going on with the sales done by one of their staff! We recently bought a ring and upgraded to platinum set. I asked for my receipt but I was told to have it when I receive the item. When I picked up the ring, the salesperson who sold me the upgrade was on a holiday so they can’t find my receipt. I have been told to come back and I can have the receipt the week after! Wasted my time and fuel!
