    Excellent customer service and assistance from Snooze at Joondalup. I went in there looking for a new pillow and they were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and helpful.

    Customer service excellent. No sales pressure and found the whole experience almost relaxing! Jodie was great and even walked our baby in pram round the shop so we could take the time out needed to choose the right mattress! The whole sales experience from her felt very genuine. Have rarely had a customer service experience as good as this in Perth.

    A good place to look for bed's, staff helpful, friendly and like to please the customer.

    my 82 year old mum spent $3000 on a new mattress on the 10/7/17 they where happy to take the $3000.but she is still waiting for the mattress hope she came hold on long enough to enjoy it
