Dining in.. waited over 20mins before placing an order. Then waited easy another 15mins before food was ready. The food was done fresh.. But the burgers were cold by the time we sat to eat. I feel sorry for the 6 staff that are working hard, watching the people (up to 23) waiting to take place an order. MANAGMENT need to put more staff on at peek times (Fri 8.30pm) It will be fairer on your staff and better customer service. Parents of these young adults should be proud they work hard.. But should have more support on their shift!

Oil must need changing because the chips are disgusting, usually hungry Jacks chips are my favourite. Ordered a bacon deluxe and had a nice big hair all the way through

We go through the drive thru regularly and happy with service but part of our order (usually chips) is consistently missed :(
