  Would give a zero star if I could. Very bad, owner is very rude, tables are not clean and had to ask for them to be cleaned, my mum ordered a coffee and had to ask for a new cup as it was dirty, she was given a new cup which was also dirty. Very poor experience.

  Sunny days are great to sit out on the Sidewalk. Cafe reminds me of France with all the different pastries and cakes to Delight the palate prices can be a bit on the high side but well worth it

  Sad to see how different this place has become since Patrick ran it. Ordered a large cake and was quoted one price on the phone (had a witness to original quote) once in store we ordered coffee, tea and carrot cake. Then was overcharged $10 for the large cake. The coffee tasted like it had cigarette ash in it and wasn't drinkable (all parties tasted this) and the cake was very dry and stale. We came back here after a while as we used to be very loyal to the place. But with the abbrassive customer service we received and the quality of the food we won't be back. Initially the customer service was okay until we pointed out the error. I can only hope the large cake we ordered is decent as it is a gift for someone else.

  Great cake shop and good customer service. Shirley has an excellent customer service and always wants to make the best for you, she made my day with my husband's birthday cake. she did great job. Thank you very much Shirley and all sugar &spice staff. Really recommend it.
