  Excellent service, they always make sure they finish with you before taking the next customer. The microdermabrasion+ products really work. This week I was complemented on my beautiful youthful skin for age 35, I had to laugh as i'm really turning 58!

  I received a voucher for my birthday and used it for a microdermabrasion facial, I really enjoyed the facial so much that I had the girl rebook me in for a months time for the same facial. I knew who I was being booked in with but the appointment was being booked in to the downstairs store. When the day arrived the girl I was expecting wasn't there, I had to refill in a new form in, one of the questions was what was my problem area, I mention it was hydration, so when I went in for my facial expecting a microdermabrasion facial as before I think I received a hydration facial which wasn't what I wanted, I think there was a miscommunication and wasn't explained what I was getting. I automatically thought it would of been recorded that I wanted the same facial as last time. Nothing against the girl that gave my facial but it wasn't what I wanted.

  The brow wax treatments are fine and the therapists I've had have always been good but there is absolutely no personal service here. After 2 years of coming here once a month, I still have to give my full name and what I'm having done at every session (which is always the same). Its a shame because it's close by for me but I won't be returning anymore. Instead I'll find somewhere where I am valued.
