    Ordered a book (and paid deposit) while visiting in Australia. (Come on shore - C Thompson) Waiting 7 - 9 days. Went to pick up the book 25/11. Nope, you made a mistake innordering the book and apologized profusely. Book will now be available on the 1st Dec. ' we will phone you' your staff members response. I phoned on Friday 1/11 - no book. Bad blaming attitude. Sad bunch of people to deal with. Less than any star rating as no service delivery experienced.

    The Joondalup store had nothing remotely close to the subject matter I was looking for even though the website had dozens on selection that were supposedly available... Amazon looks like it's the way to go AGAIN !!

    One of the only book store companies to survive. However this retail outlet had a rather small selection of books available.

    We have been into this store on many occasions and have always found a good selection of books for all the family. The staff have always been friendly , informative and helpful.
