    Worst customer service. Food is occasionally stale, long wait and poor service. I have been here on several occasions, and each time I have experienced subpar customer service. I always give the benefit of the doubt and think it may be just a bad/off day etc. Never a warm greeting or thank you when ordering. I went there recently stood waiting to order a takeaway item, and both workers continued to walk past and continue to stock up the fridges and displays multiple times - like I did not even exist. A simple "we will be with you in a moment" or "sorry for the wait" would have been fine, but there was just a complete lack of acknowledgement.

    Simple and easy though coffee takes a lil longer but it's not too bad.
