  Very little interest when you want to return a faulty item. We did use these guys a lot having a lot of vehicles but after this morning I've decided to take my custom elsewhere. We have had a recurring problem with a Dashcam which had been replaced once (although it took an approx. 6week turnaround).

  I may aswell have been invisable. Needed help when I walked in as im no mechanic, and all 3 staff were talking amongst themselves. Not once was I asked if I Needed help. But she made sure to tell me what I had picked for my car was wrong!!? Well duh

  Guys working here are a lot more knowledgeable than those at super cheap autos. Still fairly priced compared to super cheap, some things are even cheaper. Compare prices at both before buying anything though if your looking for a bargain. If you need advice as well go to repco, the advice is worth any premium you might pay.

  Once the Store realised that our 12 months warranty was up they were not interested in helping us at all. The Manager didn't even bother to come and see me face to face so I'm voting with my feet. Good luck to anyone who uses these guys in the future, chances are you'll need it.

  Had what I needed and the one thing they didn't said could be ordered and in the next day as it's not a stocked item. No complaints at all. Felt a bit awkward walking around the shop looking though.
