  Got my Mini Cooper serviced today. Drives better. Great customer service. No unexpected charges. They identified a couple of potential problems that I will return to get fixed. Under new ownership. I see that there reviews were pretty savage before but i will have no hesitation to go back there to get future work done. Keep up the good work Gary.

  I dropped my car off at 8am for a 30k service and I picked it up again at 1020am on the same day. Gary was extremely helpful with great service and I was happy to learn of the free 12 month road side assist. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a service. Very reasonably priced! Also in a great location at lakeside shopping centre so you can easily walk over and kill the time having a wander. I'll see you in another 10k!

  Excellent service and so helpful when looking after our Van. They were really efficient and were so helpful in telling us what was an urgent fix and not so urgent. I didn't feel ripped off or taken advantage of. They are great honest down to earth guys. Highly recommend! (And so convenient next to the shops)

  Ultra Tune Lakeside Joondalup is under new ownership/management. Staff are polite, friendly & helpful. I was provided with useful information which allowed me to make an informed decision on appropriate repairs for my vehicle. The new owner was able to answer all of my questions there & then. Furthermore, he contacted me immediately to advise of another matter requiring rectification as he wouldn't proceed without my authority. I found pricing on service, parts, tyres, battery & brakes to be very competitive. I'll have no hesitation in recommending this business to family & friends.
