    Waited ages for someone to assist at shoes. I went to find someone.they could not help as only assist with lady shoes. So they went to find someone. I would still be waiting if the had not walked out!!

    The shop feels too over stocked and the place looks very disorganised.

    Must have been 7-8 staff and not a single person attempted to serve me when I was the only customer in the store. I spent some time trying on shoes so most of the staff saw me. As they had the shoes I wanted I reluctantly purchased them, when I did they had the nerve to try & up sell me. What a joke.

    Customer service non existence. Staff hide when they realise you need assistance.
