  I will never purchase from here again. I tried to return a faulty item so went to the store, was told they had to SEND IT AWAY to head office for the refund to be approved and it will take 2 weeks! Then I got the call that the refund had been approved but I had to go to the store FOR A SECOND TIME to get the refund processed - they couldn't do it over the phone! Appalling! If the management can't trust their store workers to identify a faulty item and process a refund then they need to take a good hard look at their recruitment process!! Never again.

  The Staff very friendly and really helpful, professional and engaging. Its great to have good customer service, something which is rare these days. Thanks for your help, we'll be back again! My Daughter LOVES her new shoes.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I will NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. This shop does NOT deserve to be open! Employees are not interested in you when you walk into their store you don't even get a hello, how are you. I walked in and the employees turned their heads and ran into the change rooms with a (good looking) bloke that was trying on a jumper. I was left to answer my own questions and reach with the pole to get the shirt that I wanted. I asked if they had different sizes as I couldn't see that high and she told me to go have a look myself. I am appalled and will never ever in my life be stepping foot inside transit clothing again. Oh and also their prices are ridiculous if you go to the next store down you'll find the same product half the price.
