  If you are a school looking for a uniform supplier, avoid this place. Every dealing I have had, whether as a parent purchasing a uniform or part of a parent committee wanting them to design and supply uniforms, has been disastrous. The customer service and professionalism are appalling. Go elsewhere if you can.

  Best not to visit first thing in the morning to avoid queues prices aren't very cheap but service is good and they have a nice little collection of toys to keep the little ones entertained while you wait.

  Editing my review. I have had good personal service at the store, when it is quiet. If it's busy, be prepared for a long wait.

  They never ever answer the phone. You'll be left on hold for ages then disconnected. You have to drive through for the simplest of questions. An hour round trip that could have been answered on the phone in 2 minutes. Have been given the wrong shorts because the staff didn't know which were which. Its made life very difficult.

  Terrible customer service and the appointment process is ridiculous. It is pointless taking on so many schools that you can’t service them all. Tried to make an appointment today for fittings as the sizes aren’t accurate. Was advised tomorrow is the last day of appointments and they don’t do them on saturdays. It wasn’t recommended I walk in on Friday because there’s 47 appointments and no one will be able to help. Well that’s helpful-not! And Saturday will be really busy too. Fine, what’s the website with the size guide and I will do it that way. We don’t have a website. Ok I’ll book January, oh we don’t do appointments in January. I have now emailed asking for a size guide. Would not recommend this company at all! I will update this review if I get a positive response from my email.

  I've downgraded my review because of the crazy ordering system they have in place. I went in to buy a shirt for my son, and they didn't have his size. To order one I had to pay up front. But here's the thing - they don't order one. The process was explained to me "We get boxes in, we never know what's in them, they just turn up, if one has the item you want we will call you". It took 2 and a half months to get the shirt (a shirt he needed for school) - and they had my money all that time. I guess they have a monopoly so can operate any way they like.
