  I visited House of Smiles (HOS) in March after speaking to a lady on the phone who told me they were a preferred provider of Medibank & it was also on HOS website (which I have a screenshot of as it has now been changed). I asked for a check up & scale & clean which was meant to be covered by 70% (& free scale and clean) with Medibank. The appointment total was $338 which I was out of pocket because Medibank didn't cover it. Now in July I have found a new dentist because of all that happened & requested for my X-rays that were previously taken & PAID FOR, HOS said they charge a $25 fee to email them which I have never heard of. Arrived at my new dentist & she realises half way through that my X-rays have been completely flipped & if she hadn't realised she could have drilled the wrong teeth. Unprofessional money hungry company.

  Excellent customer service provided by all staff involved in my treatment - whereas I had previously been advised that the option left for me was to commence extracting my teeth and have false teeth, Dr Arkshay developed a specialised treatment plan for me, aimed at preserving the life of my teeth and then working towards a 4-in-1 system, and provided additional treatments at no extra charge - can totally recommended this dentist where my daughter has also commenced a treatment plan - 10/10

  Dealing with reception girls quite shocking! Not able to provide available times, promise to call me back twice n nothing! Requested direct debit cancellation twice n nothing happened! Complete dumb tools!

  Dr Akshay @ House of Smiles makes the dentist a GREAT experience!! I recommend and have recommended this place a number of times to friends and family! I have had fillings, cleans and cosmetic veneers here and I am 100% satisfied with the work and will be booking in for dental implants later this year. My new smile has given me confidence I never new I had and I can't thank Dr Akshay enough for this! I am an HBF member and they are always so helpful providing quotes and making payments is easy! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful including the ladies at Cosmétique which is conveniently situated in the same building. I drive from Scarborough to Joondalup for their services and I will continue to sit in traffic as I feel they provide the best service in Perth!
