  I was after a Fitbit Ionic and Google Home Mini as Harvey Norman had the best deal I could find, $341 for the both. I went into the store one day before work to purchase them. Unfortunately the person I spoke to on the phone prior put aside the wrong Fitbit. I was rushed and no one was able to find the right colour. So I left it with them and returned the next day when I had more time.

  Need more available staff for Saturdays and need more bags to fit med to large boxes, other than that a well equiped store with a large variety.

  Non the less Paul was incredibly helpful and triple checked everything to make sure I was getting the right products at the right price.

  Generally good shopping experience with HN Joondalup apart from the furniture store. It is a large shop with a good range and variety on offer. Ample parking adds to the positive experience. TV, computer beds and appliance stores are great though. Be aware HN comprises of several franchisees that make up the complete offering. It it was not for the furniture store I would have given them an extra star.

  I returned to the store the next day and it was fairly busy, all the staff members I could see were with a customer. So i waited for a bit and Paul came over and asked if I needed any help. I explained the situation and he checked out back to see if he could track down the Fitbit I was told had been put a side for me the day before. After a few minutes he couldn't locate it so he got the manager to help out. They finally found it and made sure it was the right one. The Google Home Mini wasn't in stock but Paul went out of his way to make sure it would be here before Christmas as it was a present for someone. He let me know it would be 4-5 days and that I would get a phone call the minute it arrived. Once that was over we walked over to the till and I waited for my turn. The total came to $391 instead of the advertised $341. So Paul came back over and made sure it was put through the system correctly and at the right price. After two trips to the store, long waits and being quoted incorrectly I felt like the universe didn't want me to buy these products.

  Had issues with my Dyson after 6 months. Rang up and explained the issue and the gentleman was extremely polite and knowledgeable and was able to talk me through how to fix it. Excellent service!
