    In all the times I've been here never once have they seen me within the hour of my appointment time. If your appointment is at 9am expect to be waiting until 11am before you're seen. Their 5-10 minutes is always 40-50 minutes. You pay such a high price to be sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours whilst only with the specialist for 5 minutes.

    Worse service by the secretary. Had my appt changed, wasn't in the system and it was pointed like it's my problem. Very rude, useless to be honest. Always late.

    I have always found Dr Wu very professional and courteous. He has been an excellent eye surgeon for both of my parents needing cataract surgery and their lives have changed so much for the better. He explained the process and surgery options with clarity and allowed us to make informed decisions together. Waiting for an average of 30-60 minutes to see this highly skilled eye doctor is priceless as he transformed our whole family's lifestyle for many years to come.
