  Left car all day, rushed install due to cash buyer walk in. Earth from amp was one screw to body, 6m of curled up rca cable behind the dash caused interference . Took to another shop to get fixed. Didn't tune or set gains. Tweeters were witred wrong with reverse polarity.

  These guys are ok , but don't bring in any chinese head units they ain't welcome. They don't want the blame if it will packed up sooner than the big brands. If you got something to splash out on you cannot go wrong here , but if your on a budget like me and you tend to buy the boarder line will it work kits you might face some resistance.

  The team put a great list of options together and I selected a package. They also knew of my car's fake engine noise through the speakers and researched how to disable it. When the proposed amplifier wouldn't fit, they called me immediately and offered a fantastic price on a better and smaller model.

  I had a new car that required audio upgrades to the capable but lackluster stereo. I went to a few car audio businesses before taking a longer drive to see the Joondalup team, based on the good reviews I'd seen online. Best choice I made.

  After calling around a few places to get my dash cams installed, I gave these guys a go and they quoted me a price about $150 less than everyone else. What was even better was they were able to install it for me the very next day. Great proximity to Joondalup shops meant I could kill time there while I waited. Super friendly staff, great price and the cameras work great! Super happy with everything and will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

  The team were the first business to actually walk outside and look at my car to review options. Before I knew it, there were 4 staff around my car discussing options and bouncing ideas around. This was a level of service I had not experienced anywhere else.
