  Self serve document print machines are painstakingly slow. Spent half an hour waiting for machines to load using cloud print for 6 pages. Tried to use another machine, however print card was locked to previous screen and i was not able to end my session. To get a refund had to wait for my card to unlock from slow machines. I do not recommend using self serve print machines unless you have all night to waste after a long day at work. The self serve technology needs updating, keypads were at times non responsive and i was not able to multi print more than one document at a time without going through the same slow process. Overall extremely frustrating experience and was not able to print the rest of my documents.

  Very good for an Office Works store. Very spacious and a wide range of products. Staff are very helpful when needed.
