  Bought my OPPO PM-3 from these guys. They did a really good price on them, beating out all internet dealers once shipping was factored in. The store is laid out quite nicely and the staff know exactly what they're talking about. The demo rooms are quite cool and you can try a lot of the stuff before you buy it (if it's on display.)

  The owner does not seem to do the right thing sometimes but they try. My brother purchased a NEW amp but got a used one. Had similar complaints from unrelated people as well and even other stores admitting to getting these sort of complaints from them. Make sure to check your items when purchasing here. I am a little weiry of them but have not personally had these issues.

  Stay away. It's been 3 months since I came here and i'm still absolutely appalled at the customer service, after sales care and rip off prices that makes this store what it is. Duty Manager was pretty decent at resolving problem after problem with installed equipment, however the owner needs to quit the industry and learn how to speak to people. His inability to handle customer queries shocks me and my family. To be honest, you're better off sourcing the equipment you want for your personal set up and then buying the equipment individually off the internet and installing it yourself to save about 40%. Avoid this place, absolute rip off with disgusting customer service.
