  We bought furniture for our new house from amart and the sofa’s we bought were damaged after only 3 months and the foam in the sofas was squished and there were also holes in the wood beneath the arm rest so when you would keep your arm on the arm rests you would feel the hole and whenever you sit on the sofas you would feel the spring beneath and that would hurt and also one of the bds we bought was found used and was really dirty you could see the handprints on the white bed,it also came with the middle piece missing.

  When we reported the matter to amart they sent over a guy to see the damage and first of all he arrived an hour late than the ktime told and when he came he told us that the sofas were damaged and were needed to be replaced he also showed us other defects in the furniture that we didn’t notice, he told us that they would definitely replace the furniture and some few days later we get an email saying that the case has been closed and they won’t give us a new sofa for the damaged one.

  A really nice place to shop, they have a large variety of furniture and their staff I had dealings with were pleasant, helpful and cheerful
