  They are offering a repair which is inconvenient to me nor do I want a repair on a couch which shouldn't have collapsed after a year, this just reflects on the poor quality furniture bazaar offer in general.

  PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! We ordered a 3x2 couch which was promised delivery in 8 weeks but 12 weeks later they give me a call saying the load has arrived and apparently they are all damage and so have to wait for the next lot which may arrive after 4 weeks and so when I was prepared to wait for the next lot of delivery, the manager tells me that it comes in a different fabric and not what I ordered!!! (WHAT A JOKE!!!). So we would not be getting what we paid for. No compensation offered either. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS.
