  Always helpful even to non kitchen expert customers like me - they always aim to please. Prices are competitive , range is great etc, but the staff there make all the difference. Thanks guys!

  Wow this place is a rip off and doesn't match the inventory on their website. I went here looking for ice ball moulds. The staff took 20 minutes to try to assist me. When I asked for the specific product they seemed to not be aware of it. I showed it to them on my phone.

  Another reminder to not shop for things in person when you can get them efficiently online. The one thing that you could provide is service and even that is lacking.
