  Purchased a washing machine yesterday (from the joondalup store) that unfortunately had a fault (not stores fault) phoned up to let them know and was told that they would ring back as soon as that department was free. Not only did they ring back but when they did arrangements had been made to get a replacement from another store (as i had purchased the last one) overnight and deliver it the next day picking up the faulty one at the same time. Fantastic service thats why i do and will continue to buy my appliances there.

  I received very unfriendly and uninterested service from a male rep at the Joondalup store who then was quite rude when I enquired about a Kambo's online price. Basically telling me in a condescending manner that if I bought instore it would keep the shop open. Sorry but your manner and lack of service is why I left the store and have now decided to shop online or go to a different store for my purchase.
