    I used to go to this store all the time. This morning was the first time that I have been in a while and will be the last time. The staff used to be very friendly and helpful - Not now. After around 15 minutes, I was approached by a staff member and I asked about a cordless phone set that was priced at $98. I asked if this could be negotiated. The staff member said no and then walked off. I finally picked up the set and walked to the checkout where I was asked by another surely staff member if I had seen one of the salespersons. I said no and again asked if the price could be negotiated. I was then told that the price was actually $79. I won't be going there again.

    Had to return my Nespresso machine because it started leaking from the inside and not something minor like a cracked tank. I asked for a refund as it seemed to be a somewhat major fault, they told me that they had the right to send it off to be inspected. A month later the machine finally returns repaired but I asked for a report from the repair Centre to determine if my initial request for a refund was possible. After three weeks there was no report so I sent a text message asking what happened. Apparently it should have been sent within days and I was promised it would finally be sent soon. It was never sent to me and a confused employee asked why I haven't collected my machine. Within about 15 minutes she was finally able to tell me it was a cracked inlet valve which might as well be the tank so I could finally conclude that it was only a minor fault and I can collect my machine. What an ordeal for something that should have been a simple process. If a team member named Jan pronounced 'yaan' promises you something make sure to get help from someone else unless you want empty promises and long wait times.

    There's always help when you need & Andrew didn't end up selling me a router until I Google wot I need so thanks 4 not selling me something that may not work in a caravan village. Andrews given me wot I need again. So thank you for your honesty l appreciate it more than u can know.

    Tried to return video camera because that was kept frizzing and screen turned black but Andrew refuse to give refund because he said cam is not faulty i asked him to shoot video over 5 minutes but he keep shooting 15 to 20 second video and said it is working and he can't take it back it is only 5days after i bought item he said it is good guys policy they can only give store gift card and they can't issue refund. I ask him i can take camera back and will make video with other camera while shooting to prove that camera is faulty but he said if i bring camera back after 7 days they only can repair camera can't give refund or store credit after 7 days, so i don't have option to prove i am right, As a sale person Andrew is one of the rudest person i ever met i am regular customer and never had bad experience before but only one person can change whole shopping experience. While they were giving me gift credit i requested girl on counter to put this peace on side so other customer wont take this piece but ANDREW said no just write change of mind on receipt. Never going back to this store and taking this complaint to consumer protection.
