    Our experience with VIP Blinds has been nothing but a pleasure. From the first day to having the blinds installed, we have had exceptional customer service. It is also great to know that all their blinds are WA made, supporting local and keeping jobs in WA. Highly recommend the services of VIP!

    I ordered 5 replacement slats for a vertical blind. We easily found a good match and the staff were helpful and courteous. Processed my payment quickly on the day and promised 7 days to pick up at store. Now, 13 days later, they are making excuses, calling it a small order, expecting me to wait outside in a hot car for their truck, and then finally go and fetch it from their truck at another store. I'm used to better service. I wouldn't buy from this store again.
