    Honestly for my first time threading I was really worried they would mess up my brows but OMG my brows have never looked this good! I regret nothing.

    I go to zubias all the time for my threading and they are excellent! Always happy with the result. However I decided to try lash extentions...... worst decision ever! The manager at Joondalup clearly did not know what she was doing and used 'excessive' amounts of glue which irritated my eyes and made my own lashes snap and fall out. I went to whitfords to try get them removed only to have my concerns confirmed that yes 'way too much glue had been used' they couldnt get all the glue out or remove all the lashes but tried their best. Still charged me mind you.... great customer service! My recommendation. Do not get lashes from zubias!!!!!!!

    Very disappointing.. she made two really bad cuts and made my eyebrows extremely thin.

    I go to Zubias often and have had good experiences but have left very disapointment with the shape of my eyebrows or lack of shape (just a straight line), I have rogue hairs I need to pluck myself and the trimming is uneven and the tinting is too light. A total waste of $39.
