  Jen works at paint department on Monday night is the biggest asset to your business. She is very professional and highly knowledgeable. If I have any painting needs I know who to see..Highly recommended..go and see her you will know what I mean.

  Great verity. I have had one or two unhelpful staff but what I really like at this Bunnings store is the staff members will actively ask if you need a hand while browsing. They are also happy to help resolve any issues you have in my experience. The other stand out feature is that if the person you ask cannot assist you they will take you to the person who can help and hand over the issue rather than just pointing you in the general direction of someone who may be able to assist.

  Three very lovely ladies helped me. From the minute I walked in the door. 1. Assisted with where to locate all the items on my list. 2. Actually helped me choose the best product for the task and retrieved an item that had run out on the shelf from another location. 3. Ceased doing her task to assist me find an item that was newly arrived, checked the price and then put all of the purchases through so no waiting to leave. Great work by all three (mature) ladies who understand customer service and I believe I was in and out in 15 mins. Very happy. Thank you.
