  Staff knowledgeable on tools is very good prices are reasonable BUT that is where it stops i purchased a bundle of battery operated tools it was meant to come with a promotionial planner now 2 months on i still dont have it i have called them several times and have had several different excuses and today i was told it was never even applied for cause they forgot now i have another 6 week wait. Dont be as sill as me dont base your choice on there redemptions or bonuses you just have to fight for.

  After spending over $500. I rang total tools in Joondalup to ask for a refund or the difference on a item that I brought on special. I am still waiting for the phone call back as the guy (I believe his name to be Jason) recogns he was busy and will sort it out. I will NEVER return to a Total Tools store again. Also I will tell people about the worse customer service I've ever receive.
