  we got bathroom west to upgrade our bathroom. it looked great at first but then things started falling apart. the two things that was good were the lights and tiles. ofcourse 4 months after job completion 4 separate trades started knocking on my door demanding to repossess the bathroom, as they were never paid by bathroom west. we spoke to Daniel the manager or owner he claimed there was a misunderstanding but we saw the texts to the contractoes. he knew very well what he was doing.

  Go see Natalie at Bathroom West Joondalup - talk about impressive customer service. When I walked in I was really unsure of what I wanted and didn't really know what I needed. Natalie guided me through their range and helped pick out the items that would compliment each other whilst providing me with so much useful information on how some of the products are installed! Her hassle free, informative, no pushy approach and quick turn around time with providing a quote (such great prices might I add) I asked for will make me come back and order my items through them.

  We had a new toilet and shower installed by the Bathroom West team at Joondalup and we were not disappointed. The customer service was amazing and we were impressed by how much the staff knew about all of the different options best for our bathroom. No complaints about the installation either, the guys were friendly and did a fantastic job. Our bathroom looks brand new.
