  Romeo, the manager of Joondalup Store is excellent when it comes to service. When I purchased my Wertheim SE9000 Carpet and Upholstery Shampoo/Cleaner and later my Sauber Brilliance Steam system - he was superb! He answered my many questions and took the time to explain and show me the many benefits of owning these two superb products. My experience at a nearby major retail outlet was very different! The person serving in the electrical department could not explain how their different machines worked, but could only negotiate on price...obviously not a 'real salesperson'!

  I was over the moon by the expert advice offered by one of the partners in the business. Silvania? didn't push for a sale rather suggested I had everything I needed to complete a range of difficult cleaning jobs ahead of me. In fact she helped to settle my anxiety over where to start with a rental gone wrong. Thankful for product knowledge and valuable time.

  The manager needs to get management and sales coaching urgently. He probably wrote the praise review himself as he as no customer assist skills

  The manager was extremely rude and SHOUTED at us. Do not bother guys, save up and go buy a Dyson, their product line is crap, customer service at this particular store was non-existent and the manager was very rude. He shouted at me at an extremely high pitch and a condescending tone for removing a REMOVABLE handle off of a floor cleaner (for ease of storage) without his supervision and deemed my action "dismantling his product". The same way people talks before things get physical. And i bet he goes back home everyday wondering why no one visits his store

  What a joy it was to be served by a 'true salesperson' who took the time to listen to my needs and then provide a solution that would suit me ..... and in the end, it didn't come down to price... it was what was best for me. Follow up service has been nothing short of extraordinary, and I congratulate Romeo on his outstanding professionalism. Thank you.
