  We could have got these treated somewhere else cheaper but it's something we will definitely do next time. I would say, stay away from here as it's only good when the $$$ are on offer to start, but after that, everyone is just there to make numbers.

  8 months on and I am still wowing and I don't even wear the engagement ring, my now Fiance does. I can't help looking at it as it catches my eye, as it does everyone else's who steps within its field. WOW. I proposed in New York, and wherever we headed throughout the country, she had people commenting on her ring. It is a very elegant design that Darren came up with. What a master. Darren is very patient and worked through the whole process with me from start to finish even though I changed style a few times.Want to say thank you very much Darren for making the moment very special

  Fantastic! Despite my difficulties in explaining exactly what I needed in an engagement ring and my complete lack of knowledge on the whole process, Darren was patient, helpful and very reasonable. He didn't push the sale, he didn't overly spruik a particular design, he listened to what I had to say and ran with it.

  After paying for our rings on collection, the customer service went out the door as fast as the money out our pocket. When our rings was dirty, we thought would give the shop the benefit to making some money in having them cleaned and treated by the person who made them. But the experience we received when going back was totally different and didn't seem to care less about us or our prized rings.
