    Very average service, rude staff. Enagagement ring has been back for repairs due to incomptenace on shiels end longer than it's been on my partners finger. Avoid and go to a real jeweller.

    I bought a ring and was to,d I was able to exchange it if I tried didn't fit. When it didn't fit I went back in and asked for an exchange. The manager took one look at me and said that no they wouldn't do exchanges even though I hadn't been told I was able to and that was what their website said. She was extremely rude and said it wasn't here problem, that I should take it up with the website if I had an issue. I rang the online number and they were saying the same thing. I checked with another shiels store and they said an exchange was perfectly fine and that they were happy to. I went back into the store with someone older than me and was allowed to exchange it. This leads me to believe she thought because of my age she could deny me the right to exchange the ring. I am disgusted with the managers behaviour. This occurred on 13th July 2017.

    Extremely rude staff, they prefer to be behind the desk and ignore customers then serve them. Someone really needs to sack these women and get people in who actually want to work.
