  Stuart, from Focus Settlements provided us with a very positive experience when we sold our home in Mt Nasura. Queries were responded to efficiently and within an agreed time frame. Each step of the settlement process was texted to us as it was achieved. The settlement of the sale of our home progressed without any delays within the control of Focus Settlements. The proceeds of the sale were quickly available in our bank account and the details of the sale were immediately available on email.

  They have their own custom notification system that lets all parties know when significant milestones have been reached, which is a great feature. Staff are friendly, service is overall very good. I'll continue to use them for all of my property transactions.

  Unless you are absolutely desperate, do not use Focus Settlements. We recently used them, and the gentleman that we talked to definitely knew his stuff and was keen and eager to go. But as soon as we agreed to use them, we were placed with another agent called Luke who was useless. We had to push and push to get anything done, and the week that settlement was arranged for, Luke went on annual leave, without mentioning one word to us that he would be doing so. We were completely stuffed around, and given a new agent. Every other party was absolutely brilliant, but we were always waiting on the settlement agent to do their bit and get documentation to everyone else. They also hit you with every fee they can think of, even after agreeing to a price at the beginning.
