  Absolutely useless. Left as we went in . Given a computer, a telephone number to use there. No one actually acknowledged that we had tried all this at home and were in there for a little guidance and help. Waste of parking fees and an hour sat there to get absolutely no where.

  These people are nothing but a bunch of useless pencil pushers. I applied for a low income healthcare card, showed them all the necessary documentation and was told that it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks... That was back in august. If you wish to know the definition of incompetence. Pay these guys a visit. But make sure to clear your schedule, you'll be waiting in the line for at least an hour.

  Imagine having to deal with people on a daily basis who walk into your work with a negatively biased view of the people that work there. That'd suck.

  Everyone always has some sort of opinion of Centrelink. From my single personal experience at the Joondalup Centre, i can say it's not ALL bad. My wait was only around 30mins, and both ladies that helped with my questions was super helpful.

  Useless bunch of fat and racist bureaucrats. Australian government should completely close these centres and make them redundant and should make everything online.

  very unprofessional unproductive, treated like haven't got brain's, as if don't have a purpose! terrifying, as poly-tic-ian's get away with murder plus misogynistic misconduct on every level, while we get the raw end of their deal's! very disturbing!
