  I was looking for hay for guinea-pigs and was a bit confused as there are different types....as I was standing front of the different products a very friendly shop assistant offered his help. Hayden explained the difference between the products and helped me to choose the best hay mixture. He was patient and professional and have good knowledge about animals. Thank you Hayden, thank you City Farmers!

  she has NO TIME ! Wow ! I have never seen my dog that stressed out, hopefully he will be able to get through this traumatic experience, especially that he needs to be groomed often. City Farmers should employ qualified staff , rather than amateurs. One star is way excessive.

  The store is ok, but I wouldn't recommend grooming staff. The lady is has no experience with handling dogs, she is rude and when a dog is resistant she is strangling him on the chocking lead and then she is surprised that the dog is scared and afterwards she is recommending other places for next time to the owner ! she was not even bothered to encourage him with treats - as like she said -

  I adopted my cat from here, and the staff were very helpful. They suggested I sign up for a free membership to get the cat, food and toys at a discount. Much appreciated.

  Good size store but limited big 10kg bags of quality cat food. Prices can be higher than pet stores nearby.
