  It's says open Sunday until 4:30, get there it's closed. No note or explanation to the people who are showing up. Calling and it rings out . Very poor organisation with inflatable world. Always make sure you call before going to any of the inflatable worlds to make sure they are open.

  Kids liked the place and enjoyed. But the staff have no idea of customer service. Not enough room to set the party. Too congested. The lady at the cash counter just asked me "is anyone going to pay" in a rude manner, as if we would go away without paying. They need to learn basics of customer service.

  Great fun for kids although was a bit warm and stuffy on a not extremely warm day.

  Great for the kids and the big kids within us. Great facilities, amazing customer service. Was there for a kids party and it was a little hot on the day and this is where the 5 stars comes from, the was a constant supply of chilled water arriving at the table throughout the 2 and 1/2 hours we were there. I also noticed it was for all the tables there, not just ours. A big thumbs up and credit to all the staff there. Thank you.

  Oh, don't worry about the staff not doing anything as kids cried, and 2 kids on one day on the same ride ( Daredevil Cliff) even bled from his elbow.
