  In the past we have had some bad property managers and consequently some bad tenants. Then we changed to Casey Winter. Wow, what a difference. Our property is inspected regularly, we get lots of photos every time so we can see how the place looks. Our tenants are very carefully selected and we have had some wonderful people in there. They keep the place very nicely, even the garden is well maintained. The staff at Casey Winter are always available, always friendly and very professional. Moving to Casey Winter was the best thing we could have done. We are very happy with them and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a good property management team

  The team at Casey Winters Real Estate has been like no other we have experienced previously. I can't recommend them enough. Living overseas, they have provided us with true peace of mind for our properties in Perth. The key point is the consistency, we've had the same property manager Pam for years until she retired and now Janine has managed our properties since, I feel they manage our homes, as if they were their own. They keep us up to date and provide industry information and maintain the houses to a very high standard. Virginia, Pam, Janine and Alyssa have been so professional in looking after our investments over the last 8+ years.

  Our family have known the Directors, Management and staff of Casey Winters Real Estate for many years. They have helped us purchase and sell properties, currently manage 2 of our family rentals and 2 weeks ago organised the sale, by public auction, of one of our deceased family member's home. They have always gone far beyond 'normal' customer service and literally went to the moon and back for us again this time by achieving the sale of our recent property.
