  Fantastic service from Patience First National and Jacqui. We decided to rent privately and had tenants from hell. Jacqui Completed the eviction process and found us wonderful tenants. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Would highly recommend First National.

  Thanks to Jacqui we now have the tenants from hell. I'm not sure what she was thinking 'if' she actually interviewed them but you can tell from a mile away that they are bad bad news.

  We trusted Patience as they said they would take the worry away from the renting process however this ordeal has caused us nothing but grief. We are now stuck with tenants who are a complete nightmare and nothing is being done, they literally don't care. Stay as far away as you can from this incompetent realtor!!

  Jaqui and the Team at Patience Real Estate have been awesome to deal with during the 5 years they have looked after my rental property in Joondalup. Same great tenants they found me for the past 3 years without a single hiccup.
