  Meet with Ben the Director and I had a problem and some questions, Ben gladly gave me his time and helped me solve my problem. I would highly recommend Harcourts to anyone looking to sell their house, as they are very good at what they do, have the backing of experience and knowledge and know there business well.

  One of those real estate agents that pit potential renters against each other at "open house"periods. All very dehumanizing to be frank.

  We were attended rudely by the girl at their open house, then attended rudely by the girl on the counter. The message to us? If you are a renter these guys will treat you with contempt.

  Having just bought our first home, we cannot recommend Harcourts enough! Matt Errington and Creagh Ferdinands were amazing, answering all our questions, checking up on us to make sure everything was okay, and giving us guidance every step of the way. To top it off, at close they gave us a lovely cake with an image of our new home on the front! We have had such an amazing experience with them, and if we ever sell we will 100% be looking to go through Matt and Creagh again!

  If you are a renter you will be treated as if you are less than human. We have put up with a leaking roof and over growth of toxic mould from the commencement of our 5 year tennancy, the arrogant, bossy, inexperienced property manager is only interested in collecting money. Health and Safety is not important to this organisation. Very disgusted!
