  They refused to release bond for a friend untill several grains of sand were cleaned out of the laundry sink. Bunch of unprofessional clowns

  Extremely unprofessional. Wont take calls or respond to emails. This is in regards to one property manager in particular of the same name. Moved out of the property 2 months ago still havent received our bond paperwork. Make sure to read over any documents they ask you to sign properly. We were given something to sign which stated we could view pictures taken at final bond inspection upon request, which i requested multiple times and was given attitude about and told i couldnt have them. Was told over a week ago after numerous attempt to contact this woman that all she needed was a quote for cleaning of one blond before she could sort our bond paperwork out. One week ago today she sent me details of said quote. After 2 emails today and no response i had to call to find out what was going on. She again refused to take my call and spoke through the very lovely receptionist to tell me she will finally do it tomorrow as the contractor went out today. Shittiest real estate ive ever had to deal with. Have had so many issues with them its beyond a joke.
