  Very good quality footwear. My wife has had a pair of the long ugg boots for years, and they're still as good as new. I have a pair of the men's slippers, which are the best thing ever in winter, they pretty much wrap around your feet like a woolen blanket.

  I got my boots just before winter and now live in them, I love them. The service was above and beyond, staff recommended water proofing which was a great idea with all of this rain around. Thanks for your help.

  I would not even give one star if I could. Have had the worst experience. Got a pair of uggs as a present and within a month of wearing them the left hand one split down the back. I have had uggs my whole life and never had this problem before. It appeared the skin used was extremely poor quality, dry and brittle , you could basically tear it between your fingers. Again I have never experienced such poor quality. I can understand the odd pair being manufactured below standard but I would have expected the warranty to cover something as disappointing as this. Took them in and received the most horrible customer service. Basically got told I put my shoes on too roughly and it's my fault it split and they refused a refund or swap and said the only option was to stitch leather over the hole. So just a warning these are more of an ornamental ugg boot. If you want to actually wear them for longer than a month get them from somewhere else.
