  They failed to deliver the steps we paid for. The said they would deliver them in the coming days. Still nothing 3 weeks on. Spa is good-service is questionable

  Difficult pickup process for client from the country. Product stapled together and sub standard. Needed to screw all flooring. No subframe under seat - which collapsed with 90kg person - very dangerous with very hot sauna box. Electrician chose to upgrade wiring to sauna box and to not install inside light. Poor value for money.

  Just a quick thank you to the team at West Coast Spas for the last ten years of joy I have had with my spa, as a chronic back pain sufferer I could not live without it, coming home from a hard days work and relaxing in my spa is just the best relief I could find and helps me get to sleep as it really relaxes my body all the tension and stress off the day just disappears.

  I found the staff at West Coast Spas to be very helpful without being pushy sales people. I went to every spa shop in Perth and found some sales people rude, pushy and more interested in the sale and not my needs. The after service has been great too. Any question I might have they are more than happy to help with. I would highly recommend this spa shop to anyone looking for a good quality Australian spa.
