    I was very pleased with the thoughtful customer service I received here while buying a preowned 3DS - the staff had great patience with me while I arranged a system transfer from my old 3DS. One staff member even offered her own mobile as a Wi-Fi hotspot to make sure everything went smoothly - really going above and beyond!

    Good store and good staff but occasionaly they don't answer their phone for no reason, they just let it ring. If your busy, answer it and tell me you need to put me on hold.

    Had a issue when picking up my Xbox One X - was slighty inconvenient, but it seems they knew they needed to give me some service to win me over....upgraded a game + gave me a free game to show me how much they where sorry. Loveing My Xbox One X

    Is a great store and is full of new and old video games everywhere and loot is everywhere and the stuff is the best I've seen as they are very friendly and welcoming

    Buy switch with a piece of the game, go back to open the box but no game, back to ebgame asked that the box matches the number of games, refused to give me
