  This is Anne on her sons computer. Last weekend I visited the Mountain Designs store in Joondalup for the first time looking for ski gear for my boys. All I can say is wow!!! what a lovely store with top end quality clothing. The staff Maria and Llyod were gorgeous, couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Customer service was A + nothing was too much trouble. There are plenty of stores in Perth that could learn from this store how to look after a customer properly. Thankyou.

  Compared to 'another' outdoor gear retailer in Joondalup - our Mountain Designs experience was awesome! Staff were attentive and VERY helpful. Not too pushy or in-your-face either...giving us plenty of time to try on stuff and look throughout the store. All our questions were answered very well and with professional expertise and knowledge, which was amazing to hear. Items seem all priced well for what they were and the sales items were excellent. A totally better shopping experience for us, compared to our same-day poor customer service at Kathmandu in Joondalup shopping centre on the same day! The staff at most of the Mountain Designs stores really work hard at EXCELLENT customer focused service in each of their stores. 5*****'s effort well earned in our opinion! by Andrew & Jenny

  Friendly, helpful and professional. It is a small shop and could have more goods but they dont store unnecessary gadgets for outdoor enthusiasts.
