    Has by far been the worst customer service ever received. Not the first time from this store. Does not deserve even a 1 star rating. For a Monday morning, staff were idle. I was only enquiring about overseas travel roaming and best options. I had already read up on it online but required just a little more info to be sure of it. A certain employee, namely Jason, did not seem to want to help in the slightest. My query was answered with buy a sim. What sim? Where from?.. When I enquired further re: travel packs, I was told, it only comes with a 15mb limit per day. You should just go on normal roaming. With absolutely no idea of where travelling or for how long. Optus website states 100mb in travel packs. This was not rechecked to confirm, nor did Jason seem in the slightest interested in helping anyone for the day. Highly disappointing visit to the Joondalup store, not for the first time at this store, but left even more frustrated with arrogant, non helpful staff. The Worst customer service I have ever come across.

    Today i walked into the optus shop with the intention of checking why my phone bills were so high. But instead oi walked out with a new phone on a plan that will save me at least $60 per month. Annie you were great and you should get a raise

    Terrible ...They are ok till you have a problem or dead phone. Galaxy S8 overheating after 1 day and kept shutting down even after 5 mins of being on with no use. Took it back expecting a replacement as its only 1 day old but no, has to go away to "be assessed" even though it happened in the shop and witnessed by a staff member. I wanted to cancel my contract. Contacted customer care who said they rang the Joondalup shop which the manager denied. Customer care shut so been on live chat today. Passed backwards and forwards from customer care to shop. They said I'll incur handset payments if I cancel.. .. right !! I'll pay the handset payment for one day only . Don't want an S8 now as it might be like the note 7 problem. Don't want to use Optus any more also. Be prepared if you have a dodgy phone even after an hour of leaving the shop. Avoid !!!

    Pretty awful. The staff were friendly enough but not very helpful until the end. I had a simple problem that needed to be fixed. What the staff did is they tossed me a phone and put me on to a support line. While they sat back on their chairs doing nothing, I spoke to several support staff on the phone who kept putting me on hold and then handballing the problem to some other person. They all couldn't fix a simple problem. ( yes tv mini box that didn't arrive in my order). in the end after only half an hour they found out that my mini box wasn't even sent to me. I ended up hanging up and asking one of the stores staff to set me up with one. That only took 5 minutes which was the only positive part.
